Law enforcement officials released the names of two suspects charged with robbing a TD Bank on Route 17 north in Mahwah on Sunday afternoon.
Acting U.S. Attorney William E. Fitzpatrick said Monday that Joel Robbins, 47, of Oradell and and Wanda Soel, 52, of Hasbrouck Heights were charged Monday in Newark for their alleged roles in a Mahwah bank robbery.

Mahwah Police Chief James Batteli said his officers were alerted by bank patrons’ reports of the bank robbery while it was in progress.
